OUR SERVICES

HEAVYLIFT PROJECT

Handling and installation of heavy oversized items (special cargo) weights over 100 tons and usually very large dimensions

HEAVYLIFT TRANSPORT

The special cargo oversized items (special cargo) are transported from one place to another then lifted and/or installed into determined place. In this special cargo there is no standardization in the transportation planning.

JACKING AND SKIDDING

Jacking instead of crane due to limited space or access;
Slip shoes used between the structure and the slipway, operated in pairs with the movement system being pushed and pulled

ENGINEERING

Planning for special cargo transportation starting from surveying the route including the obstacles, the number of crew needs, escorts, the type and and the amount of equipment that will be used at the initial location, during the journey to the destination, then installing it in a predetermined place.
Supervise during implementation which must be in accordance with the plan, then review it after completion of implementation.

EQUIPMENTS

SELF PROPELLED MODULAR TRANSPORTATION (SPMT)

Used in a wide range of industries; easily transport civil constructions and petrochemical components on land; trailer consists by 4 or 6 axle lines with a capacity of 36 up to 48 Ton per axle line using Power Pack Unit (PPU); Mechanically coupled by “side-by-side”, “end-to-end” and “large combinations”; also open compound for alternative to mechanical coupling with many combinations depends the cargo shape and weight; possibility of crab moves and circle drive around the centre of the trailer .

MULTI AXLE TRAILER (MAT)

Trailer has a group of axles that are disposed remotely from the point of steering of the vehicle (Prime Mover), can be combined according to the needs of the cargo being transported including the road to be traversed, Mechanically coupled by “single line”, “parallel combination” and “single line + turn table”

HYDRAULIC GANTRY

mostly use towers in pairs  or in multi-coupled lifting units, depend the required lifting set-up
